Rearranging Search Filters
At the top of the field module, you will also find a modification field for adjusting the order of search filters (top row) and popup details (bottom row). See the image below:
ATS Search Filter Order: Here, you can adjust the order of filters per module. See the example image below for the 'Candidates' module.
You can move the different fields by using drag and drop. Click the 'Save' button to save this order, or 'Cancel' to retain the old layout.
Next, you can also adjust the field layout for the other modules: 'Vacancies', 'Clients', 'Contact Persons', and 'Intermediaries'.
ATS Detail Popup Order: Here, you can adjust the order of fields per module. See the example image below for the 'Candidates' module.
You can move the different fields by using drag and drop. Additionally, there is a button with an arrow. Clicking the down arrow will create a space between this field and the next one. Clicking the up arrow will remove this space.
In this case, you can see that a space has been added between 'Achternaam' and 'Adres'. See the image below of how this appears in the ATS when adding a new candidate within the 'Candidates' module.
Click the 'Save' button to save this order, or 'Cancel' to retain the old layout.
Next, you can also adjust the field layout for the other modules: 'Vacancies', 'Clients', 'Contact Persons', and 'Intermediaries'.
