To add a new field, go to the fields module and click on the 'Add Field' button. Refer to the image below for an example:

After clicking the button, you will be directed to the page where you can add a new field.

Settings

Please note that not all settings are suitable for every field type.

Here you will find the settings for entering the field type, the custom name, setting an icon, full-width settings, default filled value, and data type.

Type: Here you can choose the input field type:

  • Text: Here, one must type an answer themselves.

  • Email Address: Here, one must input an email address.

  • Phone Number: Here, one must input a phone number.

  • Checkbox: This is a box to check on or off.

  • Dropdown: This provides a dropdown menu when clicking the arrow.

  • Multiselect: Here, multiple answers can be selected.

  • Date: Here, one enters a date.

  • Text Box: Here, one gets an entire box to type a longer piece of text.

  • Text Editor: Here, one gets a box where text can be edited in terms of style.

  • URL: Here, there is space for a URL (website address).

Custom Name: Here, you can choose a different name instead of the default name. You are essentially overwriting the default name.

Icon: Here, you select an icon. Note that this is not suitable for every field.

Full Width: Here, you choose to extend the field to the full width.

Note that this is not suitable for every field.

Default Filled Value: Here, you can enter a specific value that will be automatically filled by the system when adding, for instance, a new vacancy or candidate. For example: the number of hours, and the default value could be 36-40 (number of hours), which would then be automatically filled for this field.

Data Type: Here, you can pre-fill a certain data type (for the Multiselect type). This makes it visible later during the use of search filters or when entering, for example, a new candidate or vacancy, as a dropdown menu with multiple possible answers. You could use this to input, for instance, the number of FTE (Full-Time Equivalents).

Koppelen aan modules (link field to modules)

Here, you can link the specific field to modules. For example, if you want the field 'Owner visible on website' to appear in the vacancy module, so that it can be checked or unchecked when entering a new vacancy, you would select 'Vacancy Module'.

ATS weergeven in (ATS Display in)

Here, you can set where in the ATS this new field will be displayed.

Search Filter: By checking this option, you make the field a part of the search filters, similar to what we did with the new field for the number of FTEs.

Search Result Columns: By checking this option, you make the field a part of the search result columns.

Detail Popup: By checking this option, you make the field a part of the fields module within adding a new candidate or vacancy.

Website weergeven in (Display on Website)

Here, you can set whether the field is visible on the website.

Custom Name for Website: Enter the name of the website where you want this field to be visible.

Vacancy List Filter: Check this if you want this field to be a part of the vacancy list filter on the website.

Vacancy List Internal: Check this if you want this field to be a part of the internal vacancy list.

Vacancy Detail Page: Check this if you want this field to not be displayed if nothing is filled in.

Application Form: Check this if you want this field to be displayed on the application form.

Note: Not all checkboxes are applicable for every field type.
