Welcome to the Vacancy module.

Display

You can choose how you want to view the job vacancies.

By sliding the slider to the left and right, you can easily switch between list view and interactive view.

Vacancy Module

Here, you will learn how to efficiently manage job vacancies. Discover how to create, configure, view, modify, and fill in the necessary fields for vacancies. Learn step by step how to create job postings, adjust settings, and manage existing vacancies. Gain insight into filling in relevant information and using structured data. Optimize your recruitment process and attract the right candidates.

Once you have opened the Vacancy Module, you will see an overview of all your vacancies here:

My Actions

"Mijn acties" (My Actions) provides you with an overview of the duration of the vacancy and the number of memos and tasks associated with this vacancy.


You can quickly see whether the vacancy is active, whether the FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) goal has been achieved, and how many candidates have started or been rejected. Clicking on it will take you to the Procedure Board.

This interactive Procedure Board provides you with a convenient overview of ongoing procedures within this vacancy. Additionally, you can add a new procedure here. For more information on this, please refer to Vacancies > Add Procedure.

You can also choose to 'show' or 'hide' specific information.

By clicking on Information, you will access the vacancy card with all the entered details, and in the Contact Log, you will find all the actions that have taken place regarding this vacancy.
