To add a filter question, go to the 'Database' module, then to 'Filter Questions', and click on 'Add Item', as shown in the image below:
Next, you can fill in the following fields:
Question: Enter the question you want to ask. For example: "Do you have relevant certification?"
Answer Options: You can provide options for the candidate to choose from. This could be yes/no options, multiple-choice options, etc.
By checking 'Required (verplicht)', you ensure that a candidate must answer this question to proceed in the application process. When creating a vacancy, you can use these questions. They can include knockout questions (e.g., specific certifications/qualifications) or general questions (e.g., where the candidate found the job). These questions help you quickly assess if someone is qualified for the role, saving you time.
Now, click on 'Add', and you will find the filter question in the list. These filter questions will appear in the vacancy field when adding a new vacancy. You can find this in the 'Vacancies' module > 'Create Vacancy'. The image below gives you an idea of how this will look in the vacancy field when adding a new vacancy. The entered question is provided as an example.
