To add a request reason, go to the 'Database' module, then select 'Reason for request', and click on 'Add Item', as shown in the image below:
Then, give the request reason a name. For example: expansion, attrition, sick leave replacement. With request reasons, you can see why vacancies arise, which can be useful for tracking and reporting.
Now, click on 'Add', and you will find the request reason in the list. These request reasons will appear in the vacancy field when adding a new vacancy. You can find this in the 'Vacancies' module > 'Fill/Modify Vacancy Fields'. The image below gives you an idea of how this will look in the vacancy field when adding a new vacancy. The entered request reasons are provided as examples.
