To add a procedure status, go to the 'Database' module, then to 'Procedure Statuses', and click on 'Add Item', as shown in the image below:

Next, you can enter a name for the procedure status. For example: applied, 1st interview, 2nd interview, etc. You will then see three checkboxes labeled approved (hired), employed (in service), and canceled (rejected/terminated). See the image below:

IMPORTANT!

For a procedure status, there is an option to select "canceled." If this option is enabled for a specific status and a candidate is assigned this status, the procedure for that candidate will be terminated.

Example:

You would enable this, for instance, for the procedure status "Candidate withdraws" (see the image below). When a candidate has this procedure status, they will no longer appear in the procedure list.

These checkboxes are connected to the 'Reports' module. They are important for the 'time to hire (TTH) process' and the 'time to rejection (TTR) process.' They provide insights into the duration of the procedures.

ATTENTION!

If you have any doubts about the process or encounter any issues, we recommend contacting us. You can reach our support desk through one of the following options:

Next, you can link this procedure status to an Office. (To add an office, go to the 'Users' module > 'Offices').

Now, click on 'Add', and you will find the procedure status in the list. This will appear, for example, in the 'Candidates' module' > 'Add Procedure'. The image below is an example of how your set procedure statuses could look in the candidates module.
