In the user module, you can add new offices and modify existing office information. Below is an explanation of how to do this.
Add Office
To add a new office, click on the 'Office add' button.
Then, fill in the requested information.
Name: Enter the office name. Override Outgoing Email Address: Enter an email address here if you don't want to reply with the default email address.
Override ATS Color: Currently, it's not possible to set this yourself.
Override ATS Logo: Currently, it's not possible to set this yourself.
Override ATS Favicon: Currently, it's not possible to set this yourself.
Override Footer Email Template: Check this if you want to reply with a footer different from the standard one under the email. If you check this, a new footer will appear in the email template module linked to this office/environment. You can set it here.
Then click 'Save' to save the created office.
View/Modify Offices
To change office information, click on the edit button next to the environment. Here, you can modify all the previously described details regarding this environment.
