To add a memo category, go to the 'Database' module, then to 'Memo Categories', and click on 'Add Item', as shown in the image below:
Next, you can fill in the following fields:
You can enter a name for the memo category. For example: interview, meeting, called.
You can link the memo category to a Procedure Status. (To add a procedure status, go to the 'Database' module > 'Procedure Statuses').
Now, click on 'Add', and you will find the memo category in the list. A memo category might appear, for example, in the 'Businesses/departments' module > 'Businesses/Departments: viewing & actions', to categorize a memo.
