View Contacts
To view the information of a contact person and/or perform actions, click on the magnifying glass on the right side. Here, you will find all the filled-in details regarding the contact persons.
Here, the following actions are described:
Contact log
To view the contact log, you need to open the contact person and click on the 'contact log' button. Please see the image below.
In this log, all actions that have taken place with this contact person are displayed, including the date, time, type of action, and the name of the user who performed the action.
Vacancies
To add a file, you need to view the contact person, scroll down, and click on 'Add File.' Please refer to the image below.
Here, you can see an overview of vacancies from the relevant client to which the contact person is linked. You can see when a vacancy was published and when it was taken offline.
Email communication
To view an overview, open the contact person. Then, scroll down to the point where you see the email communication. Please refer to the image below.
Add tasks
To add a task, open the contact person. Then, scroll down to the point where you can add a task. Please refer to the image below.
Here, you can create tasks that apply to this contact person or client. This will give you a reminder that you need to perform this task on a specific date, which you can set yourself.
For example, you may need to call back this contact person. You can also create a task for another user to perform. You can set up a notification for this (see the 'Users' module), where the person assigned the task will automatically receive an email notifying them that they need to complete this task.
Add memos
To add a memo, open the contact person. Then, scroll down to the point where you can add a memo. Please refer to the image below.
A memo is intended as a reminder. It displays the date on which the memo was added. Additionally, you can see which user wrote the memo, which can be used for reference. There is also the option to categorize memos, for example: called, video call, in-person meeting (see 'Database' > 'Memo categories' module).
