Here you can adjust several general settings within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

These settings are explained below:

Indeed settings

Here you can check or uncheck several options related to the Indeed integration:

  • Apply with Indeed: Check this if you want all vacancies to be automatically shared on Indeed.

  • Apply with Indeed button on work at page: Show an Apply with Indeed button on the 'Working at' page.

  • Add zip code and house number to Apply with Indeed: Check this if you want to add this information.

  • Require postcode and house number at Apply with Indeed: If you want this question to be mandatory, check this box. An applicant cannot apply without answering this question. General note: the more information you ask from an applicant, the higher the chance they might not complete the application. This might cause you to lose potential candidates (especially in certain fields).

  • Overwrite the company name for Indeed and Google Jobs: If you want the job postings to be sent out under a different name than the default settings, you can override it here. There are also possibilities for this in the job menu, in relation to office/environment and companies (CRM).

We advise you to first contact our support desk before making changes through one of the following options:
    - Chat: bottom right corner
    - Email: to [email protected]
    - Phone: to +31 (0) 85 - 1303685

  • Overwrite the company name for Indeed and Google Jobs with the office name: This overrides the above setting. If you have multiple environments within the ATS (for example, companies that are part of a group) that need to advertise on Indeed under their own label, you can enable this by checking this box. Each office will then go to Indeed and Google for Jobs under its own name.

Talent.com instellingen (settings)

  • By checking this, all vacancies will be automatically shared on Talent.com.

Werkzoeken.nl instellingen (settings)

ATTENTION!

There are additional costs associated with this action. If you have any questions, please contact our support desk through one of the following options:

  • By checking this, all vacancies will be automatically shared on Werkzoeken.nl.

Monster instellingen (settings)

  • By checking this, all vacancies will be automatically shared on Monster.

Extra settings

  • GDPR - to GDPR settings: By clicking here, you'll navigate to the GDPR module. More about this module can be found in the 'GDPR' section.

  • 1 FTE in uren (hours): Enter the number of hours equivalent to a full-time position, known as one FTE (full-time equivalent). FTE is the official measurement used to express the size of a position or workforce. One FTE represents a full-time workweek, but this can vary in hours (e.g., 36 or 40).

  • Standard image sharing: Here you can add an image, such as a distinctive company photo. This image will appear when you share a post (e.g., on social media or WhatsApp). This image can also be set per vacancy. If not set, the default image will be used. To add an image, see the 'Vacancies' module > 'Upload Photos'.

  • Hide Headquarters in the Businesses list: Checking this will remove the main office column from the companies list.

Apply institutions

Here you can adjust the settings for the application form. These settings can be overridden on a per-vacancy basis.

  • View privacy checkbox: When the Privacy checkbox is checked, the red-bordered box on the application form is displayed, as shown in the image below. (We strongly recommend doing this)

  • Send email notification to standard e-mail address: When an application is submitted, an automatic notification email is sent to the main email address of the ATS.

  • Open application data user: When an open application is submitted, you can determine who the owner of the candidate is with this option.

  • Open application data office: Similar to the above, but for the office.

  • Disable mail header logo: When checked, the mail module will not include a logo above the template when sending emails.

ATS settings

Here you can adjust several general ATS settings:

  • ATS Color Code: Here you can modify the color code of the ATS. Often, you can find color settings in your organization's branding guidelines. You can enter the specific color codes here.

  • Hide empty fields in the popups: When you input information for a candidate, vacancy, department, company, etc., and not all fields are used, those unused fields might still be displayed. This could clutter the interface with unnecessary data. If you check this, unfilled fields will be automatically hidden for a clearer workspace.

  • Hide the history of procedures/applications: If you only want to see the current status of an application and not the entire history of all steps taken in the procedure, you can check this box.

Task settings

  • By checking this, only your own tasks will be displayed on the dashboard.

Overwrite designations

  • Here you can override certain terminologies/names.
