In the contracts section, you will find an overview of ongoing, terminated, upcoming, and almost terminating contracts. The purpose of this section is to provide you with more insight into the KPI 'Quality of hire.' This will allow you to see how long someone remains on board within your organization. Additionally, you can also examine whether there is a faster turnover in certain roles within departments. This information can be used to align marketing budgets accordingly, and also to investigate if there are other underlying factors within the entire HR department that may be causing turnover.

To add a contract, go to the Candidates module > Add Contract.
