The ATS has a unique, dedicated email address where you can send your resumes. See the image below.

This can, for example, be an application sent through email that you forward, or a candidate that you email through a CV database. The candidate then becomes visible in the field (after a few minutes). You can then fill in the candidate data from left to right and immediately link the candidate to the right vacancy. Additionally, the CV extraction automatically reads certain data if it is recognized (for example, contact information such as name, address, and phone number).

After the CV is emailed, the process is as follows:

  1. The ATS reads the CV. To open it, click on the magnifying glass icon on the right side:

  2. Fill in the data in the fields.

  3. Don't forget to link the CV and the cover letter (you can see this in the left window, where there are multiple tabs, you can choose there - select as cover letter, select as CV). See the image below:

  4. Also, look at the filters (industry, sector, job function, educational level) that allow you to organize, and you can select them as needed. This way, you can have your administration well-organized from the start.

  5. You can also choose a workflow status in advance, for example, 'applied', see the image below:

  6. Save your activities using the 'save' button.

  7. In the candidate field, the candidate is visible at the top as new.

  8. The candidate is also visible under the vacancy to which they applied.

Furthermore, it is possible to upload resumes. You can make a CV selection of one or multiple resumes by using the 'Upload Resumes' button. They will then be uploaded one after the other into the field. The procedure is then the same as described before
