This report provides a summary of the job vacancy module. You will find various buttons here, each linked to different reports.

You can select an office from the dropdown and choose a date.


Overview: Here, you will find a summary of the number of open vacancies, the number of filled procedures, the number of created vacancies, and the number of withdrawn vacancies. You will also see the number of vacancies per client and per user.


Procedures: In this section, you will find an overview of the total number of procedures, including the number of open, accepted, and rejected procedures. You can view the number of procedures per vacancy, client, and user.


Function: In this section, you will find an overview of the number of vacancies per job role. (A job role can be entered within the vacancy field while creating a new job vacancy, see 'Filling/Modifying Vacancy Fields').


Industry: Here, you will find an overview of the number of vacancies per industry. (An industry can be entered within the vacancy field while creating a new job vacancy, see 'Filling/Modifying Vacancy Fields').


TTH (Time To Hire): This refers to the time taken for hiring. Here, you will gain insights into the recruitment time for ongoing procedures. You will see the number of candidates in progress, the number of hired candidates, and the minimum, maximum, and average time for hiring a candidate. This information can be viewed per vacancy, client, or user.


TTR (Time To Rejection): This refers to the time taken for rejecting candidates. Here, you will gain insights into the time it takes to reject candidates. You will see the number of rejected candidates and the minimum, maximum, and average time for rejection. Just like with TTH, you can view this information per vacancy, client, or user.


Referral: In this section, you will gain insights into the number of applications per vacancy that have been received via referral (see 'Referral'). You will also see an overview of the number of clicks per employee.
