ATTENTION!

Creating new websites/landing pages incurs additional costs. If you have any questions, please contact our support desk through one of the following options:

To add a new website, go to 'Settings', and then click on the 'Add Website' button, as shown in the image below.

Next, you'll see 15 input fields, each of which will be explained below:

1. General

Here, you fill in a name, title, and URL for the new website. Then, you choose a language for the website. See the image below for an example:

2. Expiration term

Here, you enter a start date and an expiration date for the website. This is useful for temporary "werkenbij" websites, for example.

3. Layout

Here, you can set the color settings for the website. You can often find the color settings in your organization's brand guidelines. These guidelines typically include specific color codes that you can input here.

4. Pictures

Here, you can upload your company logo, a favicon, and a 'default sharing image'.

  • For the logo, you should upload your company's logo.

  • A favicon is an icon that represents a specific website in a browser tab or in search engine results. It's a great way to make your brand visually stand out in the browser tab jungle.

  • The 'Share photo by default' is the image that will automatically accompany a shared vacancy on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.

Attention!

Keep in mind the ideal image dimensions. For the logo, it's advisable to have an image that is no more than 100kb in size. For the favicon, it's important to upload a square image. The ideal dimensions for the 'sharing' photo are 1200 x 628 px.

5. Files

Here, you can upload general files, such as a PDF file of the Terms and Conditions.

6. Application form

Here, you can choose a spam protection option. Applicants need to answer a question to access the application form. This is to prevent bots (robots) from applying or filling your system with unwanted data.

7. Succes page

Here, you can enter a title and paragraphs that the applicant will see after submitting the application form.

8. Tracking

These are the marketing settings. Below, they are briefly explained. A marketing organization understands the specifics of this matter and has these codes available.

Do you need assistance with this?

Feel free to contact us through one of the following options:

Marketing Settings

  • Facebook Pixel ID: The Facebook pixel is a piece of code placed on your website to report conversions, build audiences, and receive statistics about how people use your website.

  • Facebook Access Token: This is an instrument for data and statistics. An access token is an opaque string that identifies a user, app, or page and can be used by the app to reach specific audiences. When someone connects with an app via Facebook Login and approves the request for permission, the app obtains approval that provides temporary, secure access to Facebook APIs.

  • GTM Code: Google Tag Manager is a tool that allows you to easily add tags to your website and modify them quickly and easily at any time. To use it, you need to place the Tag Manager code on all your pages just once.

  • Google Analytics: Google Analytics is a free tool by Google that enables you to gain insights into detailed statistics about visitors to your website.

  • Google Site Verification: This is the process of proving that you own the property you claim to own.

9. Others

Here, you can upload photos that you're going to use within the website. For example, for your job vacancy photo albums, see 'Vacancy Photo Albums'.

10. Cookie bot

This is a program used on the website to ask for the visitor's consent to use cookies. When a user visits the website, a notification appears first, requiring the user to give consent for the use of data.

ATTENTION!

Additional costs are associated with the use of Cookiebots.

11. Vacancy filter

The page you build can be linked to an office. When you post a job vacancy, you link this vacancy to the respective office environment, allowing only the vacancies from that environment to be displayed on that website. This way, you can link multiple landing pages/websites to your ATS, enabling you to display customer-specific or company-specific job vacancies.

12. Vacancy overview

Here, you can check or uncheck three options:

Vacancy list title bar: Check this option if you want the vacancy list to be displayed in the title bar.

Show search field: Check this option if you want a search bar above the job vacancy page. This allows candidates to quickly search for vacancies on the website.

Show GEO search field: If you check this option, the Postcode / Distance filter will be displayed in the vacancy overview. It's important that when this feature is checked, the vacancies in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) contain the correct postal code.

If this is not the case, the vacancy will not be displayed when the filter is used.

13. Vacancy alert

Here, you can check or uncheck three options:

  • Vacancy list title bar: Check this option if you want the vacancy list to be displayed in the title bar.

  • Show search field: Check this option if you want a search bar above the job vacancy page. This allows candidates to quickly search for vacancies on the website.

  • Show GEO search field: If you check this option, the Postcode / Distance filter will be displayed in the vacancy overview. It's important that when this feature is checked, the vacancies in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) contain the correct postal code.

If this is not the case, the vacancy will not be displayed when the filter is used.

14. Vacancy details

Here, you have the option to customize all the titles that appear above the sections of text within a job vacancy, such as introduction, company video, testimonials, etc. Essentially, you can customize all the headings that appear within the job vacancy you've posted.

15. Referral Settings

Here, you can modify specific settings related to the Referral Recruitment component at the website level. For more detailed information, please refer to the 'Referral' section.
