  • Automatically anonymize
If you want the GDPR/AVG supervision to expire automatically, you can check this box. The anonymization will be carried out according to the GDPR Choices settings.

  • Let applicants determine the duration
If you want to allow applicants to choose the duration of the retention period themselves, you can select this option. In the application form, a dropdown choice will appear, allowing applicants to decide whether to extend or shorten the GDPR/GDPR settings.

  • Number of days before email is sent to renew
When the candidate data retention period expires, you can send a reminder to the candidate that their data will be anonymized. The candidate can choose to let this happen or extend the retention period to keep their data visible to the recruitment team. You can also choose when to send the anonymization notification (number of days before the expiration date).

  • Standard GDPR expires and option to extend email
Here, you can draft the email that will be sent to the candidate.

  • Verwijder e-mails van en naar kandidaat als kandidaat wordt geanonimiseerd

You can anonymize the emails sent to the candidate here. If you have a connection with, for example, Outlook 365, the emails will also be deleted from there.

  • GDPR Choices
You can set the retention period for GDPR/GDPR here. Our recommendation is to do this 1 month after the completion of the process and a maximum of 1 year after application (only if the candidate has been hired/started).
