Creating a new business (for companies) / department (for intermediaries) is done using the button 'Businesses aanmaken' or 'Departments aanmaken.' These buttons are located at the top right corner of the window.
Within 'businesses/departments aanmaken,' you can enter all the details of the respective business/department. All this information can assist you in selecting a business/department in the database.
You fill in the following, if possible:
Name, Address, and Contact details (NAW-gegevens)
KvK, BTW number
You can add a company logo
Mailing address, owner's details, industry, and sector information
After you have collected and entered all the necessary data, you can save the client/department by clicking on the 'Save' button. Now, the client/department has been successfully added to the database.
You can quickly search for clients/departments in the database using keywords and filters by entering them in the search bar. See the image below:
